Common questions
How long does it take to ship?
Ready-to-ship bows go out in 2 to 3 business days. Custom pieces need about a week - the turnaround is shown on every item.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we only ship within the United States. Standard and priority shipping are both offered at checkout.
Can I request custom colors?
Yes! Every style can be made in your choice of color or print - choose it on the order form, or start a custom order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Message us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
